David Schäfer

David Schäfer is part of the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s Europe’s Future programme and works on European foreign and security policy, with a focus on enlargement and neighbourhood policy. Previously, he worked at the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. He studied Governance and Public Policy in Passau and at UC Berkeley and completed a Master of International Affairs at the Hertie School in Berlin.
