Etienne Höra
Etienne Höra's work focuses on the EU’s foreign economic policy in a geoeconomic age. His areas of expertise include trade policy, economic security and EU-China relations. Etienne studied International Affairs in Freiburg, Aix-en-Provence, Berlin and Geneva with a focus on international political economy and stints at the European Commission, the German embassy in Paris, the EU representation of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Hertie School’s Jacques Delors Centre. From 2020 to 2022, he was a research fellow at the EU-ASEAN Next Generation Think Tank Dialogue, where he explored future avenues for the two regions' strategic partnership. Etienne also serves as president of Polis180, a grassroots think tank which aims to strengthen young voices in European and foreign affairs.
