Arthur Leichthammer

Arthur is Policy Fellow for Geoeconomics at the Jacques Delors Centre. Previously, he worked as a political risk analyst for a global risk intelligence firm and in the European Department of Germany’s Federal Ministry of Finance. Other work experience includes the London School of Economics’ foreign policy think tank, LSE IDEAS, and the European Central Bank’s Office in Brussels. Arthur studied politics and international relations at the University of Cambridge and holds a master’s degree in ‘Political Economy of Europe’ from the LSE.
