graph contains data from think tank studies that apply event-analysis methodology for monitoring the intensity and nature of Belarus-EU relations in 2011-2021. In 2011–2016, the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies produced the bi-monthly monitoring study Belarus’s Foreign Policy Index; and since March 2018, the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations has used a similar methodology to produce the Minsk Barometer. The studies did not cover the period between January 2017 and February 2018.
