Januar 2016","date_unix":1451903427,"date_modified_unix":1451903427,"date_iso":"2016-01-04T10:30:27+00:00","content":"<p>In the midst of negotiations between the administration of Colombian President Santos and FARC, GED\u2019s Samuel George sat down with opposition Senator Ivan Duque to discuss his ideas on producing a credible and sustainable peace.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI disagree with the idea that Colombia has a civil war,\u201d Duque noted \u201cThis is not brother against brother.
