Guest Speakers made insightful remarks on TTIP and ISDS (Investor State Dispute Settlement) at the GED sponsored \u201cMultilateral Regionalism and Emerging Markets \u2013 Opportunities and Risks in Global Trade<\/a>\u201d panel at the Global Economic Symposium in Kiel.\u00a0Petra Pinzler (Die Zeit) outlined that the number of ISDS was booming, as companies realised they could potentially profit from these cases. On the other hand, Joseph Francois (World Trade Institute) highlighted that the European Commission had already put forward a dispute settlement process to address ISDS.<\/p>\n
