Frank also worked in the City of London at a pension insurance specialist and the International Monetary Fund, where he was involved in the Fund's Romania programme during the eurozone crisis. Until early 2020, Frank was a senior advisor at the Bank of England, where he specialised in country surveillance and international financial stability issues.
